Parents want to fulfill their dreams through their children

In today’s world education is very important for overall development of an
individual. But education today is like a burden for children. Parents want to
fulfill their dreams through their children. They want to impose their desire on
their children. Parents fail to understand the need of their children. If a
child takes interest in a particular subject or field, parents force him to
choose some other subject.
Parents and teachers should try to understand a child’s psychology. They
should asses the capability of a child and should encourage him to do what he
feels is right. Basically  a child should be allowed to listen to his heart. A
child should be allowed to follow his passion, if he does so would be a
successful person. A teacher should interact with children and should try to
find out a child’s field of interest.
Teacher’s can play a very important role in motivating and encouraging 
students because a child feels attached to his teacher and can really give his
best in whatever he does. A child should be handled with lot of care and
understanding.
